Beginner’s Mind Yoga Workshop (en anglais)
If you are a beginner at anything, you are in luck! Why? Because you are discovering something completely new in the world and within yourself for the very first time. As adults we get to experience that less and less but learning is an important process for our brain and body to stay active and healthy.
So if you are a beginner or a student of any kind, this workshop is for you!
First of all, you will get an in-depth understanding of 3 foundational yoga poses that you can use to create a new yoga practice or to explore new depths in your existing practice. (And if you are a seasoned yogi, I challenge you to see what you might discover!)
On top of that, we will also learn what it means to adopt a beginner’s mindset and all the powerful benefits it creates for the health of our minds and bodies if we practice it regularly.
You can come as you are, at any level and with any background. We will be learning, observing, practicing and reconnecting with our inner child through curiosity, fun and play.
