The classes we offer are open to all levels (unless specified). We provide mats and necessary props. Please see our schedule to register and check if your class is in English or French.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow connects traditional Yoga asanas (postures) together in a harmonious flow of poses and transitions while emphasizing active meditation. It is a style that is both dynamic and gentle, and relaxation is practiced at the end of the session. The sequencing of postures varies from class to class and encourages the development of strength, flexibility, balance and concentration.

Hatha

Hatha Yoga is a little slower than other forms of dynamic yoga. The postures are held between 30 seconds and 2 minutes, working to strengthen the body and mind. This class is perfect to help you practice and master the correct alignment of traditional Yoga asanas. The session helps to develop endurance and grace in the practice of postures.

Hatha Flow

Hatha Flow is based on a balance of movement and tranquility, strength and grace, balance and grounding. The class will begin with a warm-up followed by a series of standing postures, to strengthen and open the body from head to toe, and will end with a deep relaxation. The focus is on the breath during the practice to help you connect body and mind.

Dynamic Vinyasa

This class is sweaty, dynamic and fun! You will work your body from top to bottom while leaving room for a deep connection with the breath. You will be guided through different sequences of postures designed to stretch and strengthen the whole body, as well as the mind! Some teaches play music,. You'll love the atmosphere and the creative flows, finishing with a good relaxation.

Yin

Yin Yoga invites you to slow down, soothe your mind and allow your body to open gently! Each floor-based posture will be held for a few minutes, which will stretch the different tissues of your body more deeply with respect of your body's limitations. Each posture encourages a moment of meditation, observation that can sometimes be quite intense!

Slow Flow

The purpose of this class is to provide an unrushed sequence of postures that pay particular attention to graceful transitions, body awareness, and creativity of the flows. We are invited to deepen and cultivate our relationship to the body through the practice. The first part of the class will focus on active movement and will be followed by a guided meditation.

Gentle Flow

This class is designed to gently stretch every part of your body, not to make you sweat, nor to progress in new posture, but to learn to move yoaur body consciously and intelligently! The class is suitable for beginners, pregnant women, new practitioners and experienced yogis. You will feel wonderful after!
To finish the class in style, lie back and enjoy a short sound bath which ensures total relaxation!

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga allows us to access a state of presence that brings us back to bodily and emotional sensations. The postures are held for a long time and your body is supported by cushions, blankets and other props to allow for total relaxation. It is the prolonged immobility of the body in a comfortable posture that promotes relaxation and tissue regeneration. This if the perfect class to combat stress, illness, tiredness and tension.

Barre au Sol

This class is inspired by classical dance warm-up and aims to tone and lengthen the muscles. This dynamic class is set to an upbeat playlist and is a mix of yoga asana, classical dance exercises, planks, arm & core strengthening movements. A sweat towel and water bottle is strongly advised!

Vin + Yin

The first half of the class is dedicated to a dynamic and sweaty Vinyasa, with an upbeat playlist, you will sweat, strengthen your arms, your legs and your abs! The second part is a quiet and soothing Yin with relaxing music where we will hold postures for 4 to 5 minutes, all on the floor focusing on relaxing and observingthe breath, the body and the mind.

Prenatal Yoga

In this class, we create a sense of community, support and nourishment, encouraging mums-to-be to connect with their intuition and their baby. We will work on self-massage, writing and visualization techniques, as well as yoga and pranayama. Each class includes warm-up, breathing techniques, strengthening and stretching the body with appropriate postures and a long relaxation.

Intermediate Vinyasa

Deepen your practice! This class is fun, dynamic and intense. After a good warm-up, the postures are integrated into a creative sequence where variations of more advanced postures are practiced, including backbends and inversions. This class is open to intermediate students who have been practicing yoga for some time.
