Manon is a 200h Certified Yoga Teacher based in Paris. After 5 years of practicing as a student, she decided to take her knowledge to the next level by training as a teacher of Vinyasa and Yin. Manon's style is soft and attentive, while remaining dynamic. Vinyasa flow allows her to express her energetic personality, and Yin brings balance to her active life and highlights her spiritual and thoughtful side. She also enjoys teaching Pranayama (breathing) and meditation, to complement the physical practice of "asanas" with a calmer and more conscious element. Manon defines an intention for each class, using her love of words to share in a very personal way what she feels can help people find some peace of mind in their lives. She is passionate about introducing yoga concepts such as compassion, acceptance and gratitude in your yoga practice and beyond! A natural teacher, she presents ancient yogic philosophy in a playful and modern way. Her extroverted nature, her sense of joy and her bright smile will make every student feel welcome in class. Her yoga classes will allow you to feel good about your body by exploring conscious and graceful movements - and will also leave you soothed and relaxed, ready for a balanced and happier life! In 2020, Manon completed her 85h pregnancy yoga training course with The Space Academy.

Ali is a 200-hour American yoga teacher based in Paris, specializing in vinyasa and yin. She originally discovered yoga through her experience in theatre - as a warm-up and grounding exercise before taking the stage - and has been hooked ever since. Ali's classes combine the flow of vinyasa (to release what no longer serves us and energize the body) with introspective meditation, offering students the best of both worlds. Ali is passionate about meditation and believes in promoting mind-body connection - defining intentions for the class and guiding you through a longer savasana. She strives to create a friendly and non-judgmental atmosphere in the classroom so that wherever students are in their practice, they feel welcome. Students will develop their physical and mental strength and leave the class refreshed and rebalanced.

It was love at first sight when she found Yin Yoga, the feeling of having finally found the missing piece of the puzzle to achieve balance.

She then began the path of Yin training (50h + 100h), then initiated and trained in Nidra yoga, and Restorative yoga. She is passionate about the world of calm, introspection, and the benefits of stillness on body and mind.

Her goal: to help everyone find the yoga that suits them, with postures adapted to the needs and capacities of each body, and to go beyond the limits of the mind.

Magali immersed herself in yoga and meditation following an emotional burnout. The practice became a true therapeutic medium that allowed her to reconnect with her body and heal, both physically, psychologically and emotionally. It was only natural that Yoga became her new way of working. Today, she hopes to pass on with kindness all the joy and magic that Yoga has brought her, with the will to put Humans back at the heart of all her projects. She trained first with GĂ©rard Arnaud in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga in 2015/2016 (certification Yoga Alliance RYT 500H). She then deepened her exploration with Amanda Dates by taking her English course "Expansion, Freedom and VoiceTM" in 2018/2019 (200H). She began specializing in Trauma-informed Yoga at the Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) in Berlin in November 2019 and also trained at Prenatal Yoga with Sharon Bales in December 2019. She's an arts and crafts fanatic, always finding respite and refuge in various painting, drawing and DIY projects to express her creative side. Yasmina Schoueri

Yasmina is very passionate about the body and how it moves, and incorporate more of a functional movement practice in her flows, making it accessible to all levels and shapes and sizes, keeping it playful and enjoyable.

It didn't take long for her to feel its effect; she became more present, calmer, and patient and began to better understand her body. Eventually, in 2018, she did her 200-hour training in vinyasa and hatha, which only made her want more. She followed through with yin, pre/post-natal yoga, and lastly, shamanic yin. She is very passionate about the body and how it moves, and incorporate more of a functional movement practice in her flows, making it accessible to all levels and shapes and sizes, keeping it playful and enjoyable.
