Benjamin is a strong advocate for joy. As a senior European trainer for Rainbow Kids Yoga, he uses co-creative play to introduce children and parents to the magic of sensory activities and conscious interactions. As a modern urban shaman, Benjamin explores world-inspired meditation techniques for public and private practices. As the creator and choreographer of YogaDance, a dynamic fusion of Vinyasa sequencing and powerfully positive music, he teaches the beautiful balance of having fun while honoring the power of the present moment. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Benjamin lived, taught and practiced in Los Angeles, New York and Barcelona before finding love in Paris, where he offers a full range of yoga practices for the spectrum of ages and abilities.
Magali immersed herself in yoga and meditation following an emotional burnout. The practice became a true therapeutic medium that allowed her to reconnect with her body and heal, both physically, psychologically and emotionally. It was only natural that Yoga became her new way of working. Today, she hopes to pass on with kindness all the joy and magic that Yoga has brought her, with the will to put Humans back at the heart of all her projects. She trained first with Gérard Arnaud in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga in 2015/2016 (certification Yoga Alliance RYT 500H). She then deepened her exploration with Amanda Dates by taking her English course "Expansion, Freedom and VoiceTM" in 2018/2019 (200H). She began specializing in Trauma-informed Yoga at the Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) in Berlin in November 2019 and also trained at Prenatal Yoga with Sharon Bales in December 2019. What fascinates her in this discipline is the opportunity to show up for the rest of her life!
Passionate about dance since she was a child, Éléonore has been a bellydance fusion teacher for 10 years. She discovered Yoga for the first time (first Hatha, then Iyengar and Ashtanga Vinyasa) and Yoga slowly became her passion, then a main component of her life. Her daily practice of Yoga and meditation filled her life with more softness. In 2018, Éléonore decided to follow a Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga training to be able to share her passion with others. She later trained in Restorative Yoga and then pre and post-natal yoga. Her classes are open to everyone, she links well-being, enjoyment, flexibility and muscular strengthening.
Irish native living in Paris, Lisa is a fully qualified Yoga teacher, trained at The Space Academy. She loves to teach Hatha due to its capacity to slow the body down and match movement to breath. Lisa is passionate about making yoga accessible for everyone and so she pays great attention to how her students feel in postures rather than pressuring them to nail the perfect pose. Lisa is a world traveller and in her spare time, she plans new trips to unknown places. She's an arts and crafts fanatic, always finding respite and refuge in various painting, drawing and DIY projects to express her creative side. In 2020, Lisa will complete her Pre and Post Natal training with The Space Academy.
While living in Canada in 2012, Yasmina attended yoga classes purely as a physical practice. It didn't take long for her to feel its effect; she became more present, calmer, and patient and began to better understand her body. Eventually, in 2018, she did her 200-hour training in vinyasa and hatha, which only made her want more. She followed through with yin, pre/post-natal yoga, and lastly, shamanic yin. She is very passionate about the body and how it moves, and incorporate more of a functional movement practice in her flows, making it accessible to all levels and shapes and sizes, keeping it playful and enjoyable.
