Manon is a 200h Certified Yoga Teacher based in Paris. After 5 years of practicing as a student, she decided to take her knowledge to the next level by training as a teacher of Vinyasa and Yin. Manon's style is soft and attentive, while remaining dynamic. Vinyasa flow allows her to express her energetic personality, and Yin brings balance to her active life and highlights her spiritual and thoughtful side. She also enjoys teaching Pranayama (breathing) and meditation, to complement the physical practice of "asanas" with a calmer and more conscious element. Manon defines an intention for each class, using her love of words to share in a very personal way what she feels can help people find some peace of mind in their lives. She is passionate about introducing yoga concepts such as compassion, acceptance and gratitude in your yoga practice and beyond! A natural teacher, she presents ancient yogic philosophy in a playful and modern way. Her extroverted nature, her sense of joy and her bright smile will make every student feel welcome in class. Her yoga classes will allow you to feel good about your body by exploring conscious and graceful movements - and will also leave you soothed and relaxed, ready for a balanced and happier life! In 2020, Manon completed her 85h pregnancy yoga training course with The Space Academy.

Ali is a 200-hour American yoga teacher based in Paris, specializing in vinyasa and yin. She originally discovered yoga through her experience in theatre - as a warm-up and grounding exercise before taking the stage - and has been hooked ever since. Ali's classes combine the flow of vinyasa (to release what no longer serves us and energize the body) with introspective meditation, offering students the best of both worlds. Ali is passionate about meditation and believes in promoting mind-body connection - defining intentions for the class and guiding you through a longer savasana. She strives to create a friendly and non-judgmental atmosphere in the classroom so that wherever students are in their practice, they feel welcome. Students will develop their physical and mental strength and leave the class refreshed and rebalanced.

Lisa is passionate about making yoga accessible for everyone and so she pays great attention to how her students feel in postures rather than pressuring them to nail the perfect pose. Lisa is a world traveller and in her spare time, she plans new trips to unknown places. She's an arts and crafts fanatic, always finding respite and refuge in various painting, drawing and DIY projects to express her creative side. In 2020, Lisa will complete her Pre and Post Natal training with The Space Academy.

Gayle's encounter with yoga dates back to her teenage years and then during her travels when her yoga practice helped her find balance. A nurse by training, she realised the benefits of yoga, it's power of prevention and the importance of being active in our health.
Her climbing practice encourages her to devote more time to yoga and she decided to train (Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Alliance certified) not only to share her experience but also to enrich her practice.
It was her curiosity and her taste for learning that drove her to diversify her own practice. While pregnant, she trained in prenatal and postnatal yoga (with Bernadette De Gasquet) and practiced until the birth of her little twins.
Gayle's approach is creative and sensitive, each of her classes being an opportunity
to discover a theme (yogic or universal) and to connect a little more to yourself.
She teaches with gentleness, intuition and creativity, taking care of her students. The
sharing and learning are her foundations that keep her moving forward every day. She
is passionate about Hindu mythology, tales, deities and epics.
