If, for any reason, you cannot attend a prepaid and reserved class, you can cancel your registration up to 6 hours before the start of the class.
Your credit will be put back on your account for future use.
If you do not cancel before these 6 hours, or if you do not attend the class, your credit will be considered as used.
If you are on the waiting list, you will receive up to 3 messages asking if you wish to participate. With no answer, your place will be given to someone else on the waiting list. Once on the class list, your credit will be considered used if you do not cancel or attend. You have 6 hours to cancel your reservation.
Please note, if you have unchecked the option to receive notifications by email, you will not receive these notifications and your credit will be used if you do not cancel your reservation. You can manage your choices on your account.

Please try to arrive a few minutes early for your class.

For private classes and massages, the cancellation window is 24 hours. If you do not cancel, or if you do not attend the class, your credit will be considered as used. If you cancel on time, you will get your credit back, to use next time, or it can be returned to you as “account credit”. You’ll need to contact us for this.

For workshops, the cancellation window is 12 hours. If you do not cancel, or if you do not attend the class, your credit will be considered as used. If you cancel in time, you’ll find your credit back on your account for next time.

Subscriptions can start at any time of the month and are counted from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-expandable.

In the case of a multi-month subscriptions (3, 6, 12 months), the price of your subscription will be automatically debited from your bank card 30 days after the initial purchase, and then every 30 days thereafter until the end of your subscription.

Subscriptions are not valid for training and workshops or special courses.

It is possible to pause your subscription for up to one month in total.

If, due to circumstances out of your control (long-term illness or injury, moving house), you request an end to your contract, you may be charged a processing fee.

Out of respect for our teachers and other students, we ask that students arrive a few minutes early to class. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will no longer be allowed access to class.

Sometimes, due to insufficient registration, a class may be cancelled. You will receive an email as soon as possible (minimum 2 hours before the start of the class).

Please note, these conditions are not the same for our trainings or retreats.

Refunds are made in the form of class credits that you can use at any time to buy another credit to register for a class, event or purchase other products on our website. Refunds to your bank account will only be made in exceptional circumstances and you may be charged a processing fee.
