Unlock Your Splits: A Leg Flexibility Workshop (ENG)

Are you dreaming of getting into your splits, or simply looking to improve your leg flexibility? Whether you’re aiming for advanced split variations or feel like you’re « stiff as a board, » this workshop is designed for you.

In this 2-hour session, we’ll focus on improving leg flexibility through a mix of passive and active stretches. You’ll learn techniques to release tension and create more space in your hips and hamstrings, with a workshop designed to safely and gradually deepen your splits.

What to expect:

  • A deep dive into the mechanics of splits and leg flexibility
  • A flow designed to increase mobility in your legs
  • Practical drills you can integrate into your own practice
  • Options for all levels, no matter where you are in your flexibility journey

This workshop is open to everyone, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out. You don’t need to be flexible to join—we’ll provide modifications and adjustments so you can progress at your own pace.

Gradually creating more Space in the body. All exercises are done gently, in connection with your breath and body awareness, to help you release blockages and feel more open.
