You can cancel your booking up to 6 hours before the class starts. Your credit will automatically be returned to your account, ready to use for another class.

If you need to cancel less than 6 hours before class, or you’re unable to attend, the credit will be counted as used.

If you’re on the waitlist and a space becomes available, you’ll receive a notification giving you the option to join the class. Once your place is confirmed, the same cancellation policy applies. Make sure notifications are enabled on your account so you don’t miss these messages.

Out of respect for our teachers and other students, we ask that you arrive a few minutes before the class starts.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the class has started, you won’t be able to join the class.

Memberships can start at any time during the month and are active from the date of purchase. Your membership fee will then be charged automatically every 30 days using the payment method saved to your account.

All memberships have a minimum 3-month commitment period. After this initial period, your membership will renew automatically until you choose to cancel.

For memberships that include 2 or 3 classes per week, all of your credits are available at the beginning of each billing period. You can use them however you like throughout the month — you don’t need to practice exactly 2 or 3 times each week, or book the same classes. You can use your credits for any class on the schedule, in either of our studios.

Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be extended. They cannot be paused, except in case of injury, or the arrival of a baby.

Memberships are valid for all regular classes at Nation and Belleville, but do not include workshops, trainings or special events.

After the minimum 3-month commitment period, you can cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date, directly from your member account.

Your membership will remain active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for and will not renew on your next billing date.

Occasionally, a class may need to be cancelled, for example if there aren’t enough participants, or if the usual teacher is unavailable and we’re unable to find a substitute. If this happens, we’ll let you know by email as soon as possible, and no later than 2 hours before the class is due to start.

Your credit will, of course, be automatically returned to your account

These terms apply to regular studio classes. Different terms apply to trainings, workshops and retreats.

Purchases made through The Space are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.

When a class credit needs to be returned, it will be added back to your account so you can use it for a future class booking.

Refunds to the payment method used for the original purchase are only issued in exceptional circumstances. In these cases, processing fees may apply.
