The classes we offer are open to all levels (unless specified). We provide mats and necessary props. Please see our schedule to register and check if your class is in English or French, and to see which studio the class is held at.

Yoga Foundations
Yoga for Beginners: Introductory class focusing on basics with lots of guidance and calm transitions.
Hatha Flow

Dynamic Vinyasa
A strong, upbeat class with music, creative flows, and deep relaxation at the end.
Yin Yoga
Deep, meditative postures held for several minutes to release tension and improve flexibility.
Flow & Restore
A blend of energizing Vinyasa and calming Restorative poses for balanced body and mind.
Candlelight Yin Yoga
Deep, meditative postures held for several minutes to release tension and improve flexibility. An added bonus of soft candlelight!
Restorative Yoga
Relaxing, supported poses to release stress and promote nervous system recovery.
Jivamutki
A spiritually rooted, music-based flow that’s strong, mindful, and deeply engaging.
Vin & Yin
First half Vinyasa (energizing), second half Yin (deep stretch), perfect for balance.
