If, for any reason, you cannot attend a prepaid and reserved class, you can cancel your registration up to 6 hours before the start of the class.
Your credit will be put back on your account for future use.
If you do not cancel before these 6 hours, or if you do not attend the class, your credit will be considered as used.
If you are on the waiting list, you will receive up to 3 messages asking if you wish to participate. With no answer, your place will be given to someone else on the waiting list. Once on the class list, your credit will be considered used if you do not cancel or attend. You have 6 hours to cancel your reservation.
Please note, if you have unchecked the option to receive notifications by email, you will not receive these notifications and your credit will be used if you do not cancel your reservation. You can manage your choices on your account.
Please try to arrive a few minutes early for your class.
For private classes and massages, the cancellation window is 24 hours. If you do not cancel, or if you do not attend the class, your credit will be considered as used. If you cancel on time, you will get your credit back, to use next time, or it can be returned to you as “account credit”. You’ll need to contact us for this.
For workshops, the cancellation window is 12 hours. If you do not cancel, or if you do not attend the class, your credit will be considered as used. If you cancel in time, you’ll find your credit back on your account for next time.
