Class cancellation

If, for some reason, you cannot attend a prepaid and booked class, you can cancel your registration up to 3 hours (please note from September 15th 2022, this will be 5 hours) before the start of the class.
Your credit will be returned to your account for future use.
If you do not cancel before these 3 hours, or if you do not attend the class, your credit will be considered used.
If you are on the waiting list, you will be automatically added to the class if and when a place becomes available. Once on the class list, your credit will be considered used if you do not cancel or attend the class. You have 3 hours to cancel your booking if you can no longer attend the class.
Please note that if you have unchecked the option to receive email notifications, you will not receive these notifications and your credit will be used if you do not cancel your booking. You can change your registration options on your account.

Try to arrive a few minutes early in the class. If you are late, please let us know so that your place is not given away.

For private classes and massages, the cancellation window is 24 hours. If you do not cancel your session within these deadlines, your credit will be considered used. If you cancel on time, your credit will be returned to your account to use next time..

For workshops, the cancellation window is 12 hours. If you do not cancel within this window or miss the workshop, your credit will be considered used. If you cancel on time, you will find your credit back in your account for later use.

If The Space cancels a class

Sometimes, due to insufficient registration, a class may be cancelled. You will be notified by email as soon as possible (maximum 2 hours before class). You will receive an email if your class is cancelled as soon as possible (maximum 2 hours before the start of the class).

If you have unchecked the box to not receive class notifications from us, you will not receive any information about class cancellations. You can change that option on your account.

Please note, these conditions are not the same for our trainings or retreats.

Refund policy

Refunds are given in the form of account credits that you can use at any time to sign up for a class, events or buy other products on our website. Payment card refunds will only be made under exceptional circumstances and you will be charged a processing fee.


For our 3, 6, and 12 month contracts, your bank card will automatically be charged the amount indicated monthly. This amount depends on the length of your contract.

You can purchase a contract at any moment of the year/month.

Our subscriptions do not automatically renew at their term. We prefer to let you decide whether you want to sign up for the same contract again, choose another, or just purchase drop in classes for a while.

Our 6 and 12 month contracts can be frozen for a maximum of 1 month per year. You just have to send us an email with the dates at: contact@thespaceparis.com

Should you wish to end your contract before it’s end, cancellation fees will be charged.

All subscriptions are nominative, individual, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Even if you do benefit from unlimited class acces, we ask that if you cannot attend a class you had signed up for, to please cancel your reservation to leave a place for another student. If we see that this request is regularly ignored, we reserve the right to terminate your subscription.
