Yoga in English. In the heart of Paris

A space to move, breathe and feel at home

Yoga classes taught in English, in two welcoming studios in Nation and Belleville.

Whether you’ve just arrived in Paris or you’ve been here for years, come as you are. Move, slow down, breathe, meet people and build a practice that becomes part of your week.

A space to move, breathe, and feel at home

Finding your rhythm in Paris isn’t always easy. Life moves quickly, days fill up, and it can be difficult to find somewhere that gives you permission to slow down for an hour.

At The Space, you’ll find yoga taught in English by native English-speaking teachers, across our two inviting studios in Nation and Belleville.

Come for a dynamic practice, something slower, or simply an hour to step away from everything else. No performance, no pressure — just space to practice, breathe and make yoga part of your week.

Find the practice that works for you.

Some days you want to move, build strength and find energy. Other days you need to slow everything down.

Our English-language classes include Vinyasa, Hatha Flow, Yin and Dynamic Vinyasa with different teachers, rhythms and approaches throughout the week.

Choose what feels right today — and let your practice change with you.

Two studios, one community

Practice with us in Nation or Belleville, two calm, welcoming spaces with their own character and the same approach to yoga.

Choose the studio that fits into your day, move between the two, and find the classes and teachers that become part of your weekly rhythm.

Nation

Our original studio in the 12th, with two practice rooms and a full weekly schedule of yoga and Pilates.

Belleville

Our second home in the 20th — a bright, intimate studio for yoga, Pilates and slower practices.

New to The Space? Start here.

Our 2 weeks unlimited for €49 offer gives you time to explore both studios, try different teachers and styles, and find the classes that work for you.

There’s no need to decide what your practice should look like before you arrive. Come a few times, try something dynamic and something slower, and begin to build a rhythm that feels sustainable.

What to expect when you arrive.

You don’t need to know the names of the poses, speak French or arrive with years of yoga experience. Our teachers will guide you in English and offer different options throughout the practice, so you can find what works for your body that day.

Mats and everything you need for practice are available at both studios. Just arrive a little early, settle in and give yourself the hour.

Two neighbourhoods, two studios, the same warm welcome.

A few practical questions

Whether you’ve recently arrived in Paris or simply feel more comfortable practicing in English, here are a few things you might want to know before coming to The Space.

Are all of your classes taught in English?
Not all of them. We offer classes in both English and French across our Nation and Belleville studios. The language of each class is clearly indicated on the timetable, so you can choose an English-language class when booking.

Do I need to speak French?
No. Our English classes are taught by native English-speaking teachers, so you can follow the entire practice in English.

What styles can I practice in English?
Our English timetable includes a mix of practices, from more dynamic Vinyasa and Hatha Flow to Yin. The exact classes available vary across the weekly timetable.

Are the English classes suitable for beginners?
Yes. You don’t need to know the poses or have an established yoga practice before coming. Teachers offer different options throughout class, and you’re always welcome to move at your own rhythm.

I’m new to The Space. Where should I start?

How do I access the studio?
Once you’ve booked your class, you’ll receive an email with all the information you need to access the studio, including the door codes and arrival details.
