YOGA STUDIO · PARIS 12

Your yoga studio in Nation

A warm, welcoming space for yoga and Pilates in the 12th arrondissement, with two practice rooms and classes throughout the week.

Come to move, slow down, breathe — and make your practice part of your week.

A neighbourhood studio to make your own

Nation was the first home of The Space, created as a place to practice regularly without pressure or performance.

With two practice rooms, a varied weekly schedule and a community of teachers and students who return week after week, it’s a space where you can build a practice that fits around your life.

Come for something dynamic, slow things down with Yin or Restorative, explore Pilates, or simply choose what you need that day.

Your rhythm, your practice, your space.

Find the practice that works for you.

With classes throughout the week, Nation gives you space to move between different styles depending on what you need.

Practice Vinyasa, Hatha Flow, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Pilates and Prenatal Yoga, with different teachers, rhythms and approaches.

Build strength and energy, slow things down, or simply take an hour out of your day to move and breathe.

Before your class

Everything you need for your practice is available at the studio, including mats and props.

You’ll receive the access details and door codes by email when you book your class, so make sure to check your booking confirmation before you arrive.

We recommend arriving a little early so you have time to settle in before class begins.

New to The Space? Start here.

If it’s your first time at Nation, our 2 Weeks Unlimited for €49 offer gives you time to explore the schedule rather than choosing everything from a single class.

Try different teachers and practices, come at different times of the week, and begin to find the rhythm that works for you.

Your offer also gives you access to our Belleville studio, so you’re free to practice across both spaces during your two weeks.

A few practical questions

Whether it’s your first yoga class or simply your first visit to Nation, here are a few things you might want to know before you arrive.
